Brotherhood silhouette at golden hour

Guardian Academy

Forming men of identity, character, and daily obedience.

A faith-rooted brotherhood that walks men through a clear ladder — from a 4-week cohort to lifelong accountability to an earned inner circle. No shortcuts. No spectators.

Step One

Burden & Brotherhood

A 4-week cohort that forms men in identity, character, and daily obedience — then sends them forward with a clear standard. This is the barrier to entry and the shared foundation for everything that follows.

Format: Daily short videos (scripture + application + one action) and a weekly call (teaching + accountability).
Week 1
Identity & Baseline

Who are you right now? Establish an honest starting point — your strengths, your gaps, your story.

Week 2
Character & Convictions

Define what you stand for. Name your top 5 character attributes and write definitions you can live by.

Week 3
Rule of Life

Build your daily and weekly standards — the non-negotiable rhythms that keep you grounded and moving.

Week 4
Integration & Leadership

Pull it all together. Write your Purpose Statement. Prepare to lead, serve, and carry the standard forward.

What you walk away with

Graduation deliverables — the artifacts that define who you are and how you live.

Written Purpose Statement
Defined Character Attributes (top 5 with definitions)
Personal Rule of Life (daily/weekly standards)
After the cohort

Graduates receive a free 30-day trial in The Watchmen — the ongoing brotherhood where men live the standard long-term.

Step Two

The Watchmen

Lighting the Beacons for Christ

The ongoing brotherhood for men who completed the cohort. This is where men live the standard long-term through accountability, leadership, and discipline.

Included free for 30 days after cohort graduation. Converts to paid ongoing membership unless you opt out.

Monthly meetings

Accountability and direction — men sharpen men.

Monthly missions

Cumulative challenges with brackets. Show up or fall behind.

Leadership reps

Men lead prayer, check-ins, and service actions. Leadership is practiced, not talked about.

Mentorship assignments

Especially for men being considered for The Mighty Men — guided, intentional growth.

Earned, not given

The Mighty Men

Circle of 12

Inside Guardian Academy, there's an earned brotherhood called The Mighty Men. It isn't purchased and it isn't applied for — it's recognized through proven fruit.

Men are mentored, vetted, and must be nominated for admission. The path begins in Burden & Brotherhood, then continues in The Watchmen.
